Shipping notes
The shipping risk remains with Matos Liceia Home until delivery to the customer.
After handover to Swiss Post, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping provider. Visible transport damage must be reported immediately to both the carrier and us.
We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider.
